The Who Perform Orchestral Behind Blue Eyes on Stephen Colbert

WHO are ready to start a two-part North American tour next week, and appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to perform an orchestral version of “Behind Blue Eyes”.

Last Friday (April 15), the band were the show’s musical guest and ran through an impassioned version of their 1971 Who’s next track, backed by a full orchestra.

The performance of “Behind Blue Eyes,” which you can watch in full below, came in support of the Teen Cancer America organization and was recorded during the band’s concert. annual Teenage Cancer Trust concerts at the Royal Albert Hall in London last monthwhich featured Yungblud, Liam Gallagher, Ed Sheeran, The Who and many more.

The band’s next tour – dubbed “The Who Hits Back!” – kicks off next week, April 22, in Florida, with the first leg continuing through the end of May.
