A MEMORABLE OUTING
Released on December 1, 2021, Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Wonyoung, Liz, and Leeseo wowed everyone with their dance-pop song featuring percussive beats and marimba melodies called “ELEVEN.” It is the title track of their very first single album of the same name, which expresses the feelings of a girl, with a heart filled with fantasy and colors.
Consisting of two tracks, the album showcases the girls’ incredible musicality and star quality. It also showcases their haunting vocals, making this an album worth listening to.
Proof of its commercial success, Eleven, achieved 250,000 sales, earning the group its first-ever Platinum certification in December. It also took over Gaon’s weekly and monthly album charts, and even became the 49th best-selling album in South Korea in 2021, proving its popularity among mainstream audiences.
Meanwhile, the lead single of the same name topped Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales Chart, Billboard Global 200, and Billboard Global Excl. United States map. It also topped Spotify’s “Viral Top 50” and “Global Top 200” charts, and was the most streamed song on YouTube in South Korea for five weeks.
